I came here to see Kate after seeing some of her work on a friend of mine. Walking into the building, I wasn't sure if I was in the right spot and it looked very unofficial, but once I went up the elevator and entered the main part of the building I was reassured that it was a clean and well organized shop with dedicated stations for each artist. I was greeted with a friendly vibe and taken good care of. There's a restroom on the floor which is great if you're there for several hours. A few walk ins stopped in while I was there and they were put on the wait list. This is definitely more of a make an appointment business than a quick turn tattoo.
